各位知道industrialized building system (IBS) 吗？如果要建一间 industrial building，可以用什么 IBS 呢？ |

|
formwork 用 reunseable material, 比如 plastic / alum / steel formwork, 减少用木柴，应为 timber 用了就不能 recycle. 我做的 JKR 工consultant 这样要求， concrete and steel bar 他们就没有 comment, 不太清楚，再问问其他大哥吧 |

concrete and steelbar 的 话 ， 可以用precast material 例如precast RC slab , precast beam |

IBS是指off site fabricate的意思，在factory里面fabricate material，送到site直接按。例子就是precast structure，precast wall panelling，等等。 |

IBS 指的是precast system. precast structural会有 precast slab, precast beam, precast staircase. partition you precast wall panel.
政府都在实行IBS, 进度比一般concrete structural 快 |

Industrialised Building System (IBS) is a technique of construction whereby components are manufactured in a controlled environment, either at site or off site, and transported, positioned and assembled into construction works. There are five main IBS groups identified in Malaysia, there are :
1) Pre-cast Concrete Framing, Panel and Box Systems – pre-cast columns, beams, slabs, 3-D components (balconies, staircases,toilets, etc), etc;
2) Formwork Systems – tunnel forms, EPS-based forms, beams and columns moulding forms, permanent steel formworks, etc;
3) Steel Framing Systems – steel beams and columns, portal frames, roof trusses, etc;
4) Prefabricated Timber Framing Systems – timber frames, roof trusses, etc;
5) Block Work Systems – interlocking concrete masonry units (CMU), lightweight concrete blocks, etc.
With the advancement of technology and innovation, besides the five main types, various pre-fabricated materials have entered the market. It includes gypsum, wood wool, polymer, fiber glass, glass and aluminium based IBS components.
