前男友威胁

我的一个好友最近面对满严重的问题，前男友不但到处散播谣言，还威胁好友说会伤害她的家人。请问大马有哪一条法律 (either civil / criminal act) 能帮到我的朋友。期待各位的帮忙，感激不尽。。。

不需要动用到什么法律，去警察局备案就行了。

跟警察讲我受到谁谁谁的人生威胁，警察会叫这个谁谁谁上来问话。

First of all, thanks for your respond. 就算备案了，但如果那男的依然纠缠着我的朋友(感觉上那男的已经不怎么理智了)，该怎么做呢？唉。。。

CHAPTER XXII - CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION, INSULT AND ANNOYANCE

Section 504. Intentional insult with intent to provoke a breach of the peace.
Whoever intentionally insults, and thereby gives provocation to any person, intending or knowing it to be likely that such provocation will cause him to break the public peace, or to commit any other offence, shall be punished with imprisonment for a term which may extend to two years, or with fine, or with both.
