我的信箱收到了很多信，很多都是問我醫學問題。。我當然可以私底下回答你，不過你們也知道的，現在做intern 沒天沒日的，很難有規律的空閒時候來回答你的問題，而且，我不覺得我的能力在這裡是最好的，再強調一次，我只是一名實習醫師，我還有一年才正式畢業，只是我對醫學有很強烈的喜愛，所以有些問題我是了解的，知道答案了，我才敢於回答，。但是，這裡還有很多資格比我還深的老前輩，所以，我的意思是：有問題不如把它貼在這個論壇上，讓更有能力者來解決問題，那不是更好嗎？
可是我也有幾點想說明，比較台灣和大馬的病患，台灣人一般對於如何提出問題比較有概念，敘述能力也比較強。
來到這裡，這裡很多人很奇怪，性別，年齡，有沒有同一時間伴隨的疾病，發生的來龍去脈不寫，就寫了短短一段話，就要一個“有救嗎？”或“這個要吃什麼藥？”--- 一些很麥當勞的答案，這一點我接受不到，大馬人這一點真的要很努力了。

其實這裡也有人寫好問病規範指南了，但是還是很多人根本不去看他，就是要很快速的答案而已。

另外，很多人發問問題，從來不去翻查從前的稿，結果是浪費資源了，其實這裡留下了很多的醫學資源，只是急躁的人沒有發現而已。。很可惜。。。
然後我看到很多人，在這裡買健康食品，我覺得很傷心，你們知道嗎，台灣是全世界洗腎率最高的國家，為什麼會這樣呢？因為這裡很多地下電台（中南部），很多無知的鄉下人去聽了這些電台所推銷的健康食品，結果很多人因為要“治病”，結果反而把腎臟弄壞了，搞到要洗腎的程度，一生就這樣毀掉了；我在這裡呼籲大家不要那麼做，你今天賺到的錢，是抵不過你傷害一個人的良心的。

下面一封短消息，我就在這裡回答了，記得，大家請不要再短消息我一些醫學問題,我不會私底下回答你，因為我的能力不是最強的。。

I can't tell you an exact answer without knowing your sickness's background.
With such limited information, I don't know which part of your body is having problem now, neither do I know whether you are having fever at the said period.
All these related informations would constitute a more solid picture when we are going to talk about the diagnoss, and even the prognosis. It is rather important to a doctor, who can instruct you about the next move.

However, for " relative lymphocytosis " per se, it usually hints a mild illness such as viral infection, which would never happen  in a case of Urinary Tract infection or STD which you are concerned .

Personally, I think you should approach any LMD/GP, in whom you have faith, to tell them what's your problem, in order to get a suitable test as well as treatment.
