let say i buy sinotop-or avg price at 0.4 and quantity 20,000
then, i have to pay 0.2 (rm200 more) to get the mother share.
any special order have to be key? or auto will change to mother share after 13th? |

sinotop-or buy from market...if you wish to exercise the right issue you have to pay 0.20 right issue price per share (e.g: buy sinotop-or from market @ 0.04(20,000)= RM800 + 20,000(RM0.20 right issue exercise price)= RM4000 ...
so your cost of buying this OR is actually rm0.24 per share...
if you wish to exercise the OR, have to inform the registrar and prepare bankdraft to pay to them before 20/07/2010 ... more info please call registrar

发售附加股 顶峰控股筹获6060万
（吉隆坡25日讯）顶峰控股（SINOTOP，8532，主要板消费）宣布，附加股计划成功筹措6060万令吉资金，将用以提高公司生产力。
该公司今日发布文告指出，共收到申购2亿7522万8921附加股及2793万4342额外申请，等同附加股总数3亿708万2550股的98.72%。
“在完成附加股计划后，公司转型计划也进入最后阶段。这些附加股以及将要发行给Be Top集团（Be Top Group）的新股，将于今年8月3日在马股上市。”
顶峰控股董事经理潘鼎在文告中说，由于近期市场的不稳定，加上有关附加股不获承包，公司最初预期只能筹集较低数额。
“所筹集的大部分资金，将用以提高生产力，满足市场需求，并开拓未来发展机会。”
小弟有点不明白 sinotop-or 会变成“Be Top Group” 还是 Sinotop |

这间公司，已经步入负资产了。。。
而且营业额根本就不足，
不懂为什么bursa还没给它pn哦。。。
谁知道为什么？？？ |

他们之前已经向bursa申请exemption了，而且bursa也同意了，所以才能幸免，但是他们的股价就像中pn17一样，跌了超过50%。。。 |

China Share usually press down the price then only slow slow rise one. Take long time, so really need a lot of passion + patient. Time can prove. Lets wait for another rise wave.
