if i buy RM100, mean i need to pay RM100*0.42=RM0.42,
since min is RM12 i need to pay, RM12
+cleaning fee 0.03%, RM0.03 ,
and stamp duty RM1.
total is RM13.03

is it correct????????????
or min is RM12,
charge RM100*0.42=RM0.42
