房屋贷款－求介绍

我想在新山买间产业来投资和居住，看中了"Senibong Cove, Permas Jaya, Johor Bahru"

Properties type: Landed Terrance or Cluster Home屋价大概500K-550K,我很喜欢那个环境非买不可..大家有什么好介绍关于贷款供我参考

本人想寻求贷款有此特点

- Loan margin: 95% - 100%

- Flexibility withdrawn

- OD facilities (low handling cost)

- Ideally is serve low or no instalment at first especially during construction period.

本人工作财务状况咨询以下：

Working Place: Singapore

Gross salary per month: SD 3800

Existing loan instalment: SD 255 – Singapore Car loan

Existing housing loan: RHB - RM 868

10 Month plus house rental income with agreement from May 2010: RM 950

Cash on hand: RM 5K only

    Can i know how much loan margin your company able to provide regardless of % of MRTA? What is the interest rate for initial first 1-2 year?  I need at least 95-100% loan margin with low interest rate at first few year. Thanks..
