大家注意嘍!標榜無糖的東西及食物最好不吃為妙！

找到：口香糖的成份，出現了「Aspartamo」，突然我的嘴:不再嚼了，身上則一陣「嘉冷損」

在住家附近的超市買水喝，有一外國人,他發現我買可口可樂的零度ZERO、老外︰你經常喝這個嗎？
我︰時常喝。老外︰不要喝這個，這個不好 !

中 文：阿斯巴甜（含苯丙氨酸），屬於一種代糖，經常使用在低糖飲料當中。一種約比蔗糖甜200倍的甜味劑代糖，已經被認為成一種神經毒素，損害神經系統，故這些症狀主要與神經系統有關。

低糖可樂、低糖汽水、無糖口香糖、冰淇淋、綜合維他命和許多成藥中都含有:阿斯巴甜。

所以:對代糖過敏的人，只要飲一小口低糖汽水，就會引發頭痛。
