FPA's investigators have dealt with FX Open's representative before. Hehas always been honest with the FPA, even in cases where this has costFX Open money. Tradingsmart provided some evidence that also looks tobe trustworthy.

The original problem occurred in April of 2008. Full resolution of thisissue would require examining exact price feed from at the moment ofeach trade. Normally, the FPA prefers to try to be the neutralmediator. In a case like this, a combination of age of the case andlack of solid evidence to prove or disprove cheating by either sidemeans that this issue can only be resolved by an official legal orregulatory inquiry.

We regret that we cannot make a final determination.

这就是他们的利害咯。。。
我们是浆的，当一个人要提前的时候，我们会检查他所有的交易，确保所有交易都是合法的。。。才会出钱给他。。
所以transaction才需要几天，不然就好像银行一样立刻可以给你了拉

小心一点就是了！ 被捉的只是一部份而已。 至于fxopen的问题， 是不是因为他们没有用上特定的保全技术才让人使用到off quotes来交易？
