一种投资工具，详细地资料我也是半知半解！

比如你要买个股价在10美金，一个lot就要10000美金了，如果用CFD的话，你可能只需要付出certain percentage,如5%的本金就可以了。这是个很好的工具尤其是在股价下滑时，可以用来short selling!

只不过具体的commision charges,interest, margin call.....etc，我就不懂了，看看哪位高手能上来指导指导！

try to share my experience in CFD with u.

so far CFD only available outside m'sia, like sg, aus. etc and the  service providers are kim eng, cmc, philip, etc..

Let say for C*C (SG) , min SGD$15 will be charged(min $25 for P***** !)for all the contract per transaction. different counters require different rate of margin. For instance, Straitasia (SG) needs 20% margin to maintain the position whilst Citigroup (NYSE) only requires 10% margin. the rate will be revised from time to time depends on the broker firm. long position will be imposed certain financial charges but not for short position.

let say if ur long position incurred losses, say the share drops for 20cts
200 dollar will be debited from ur acc.straight away , or else there will force selling for ur position if the debit amount  is insufficient for ur acc. same thing works for short position.
for ex-dividend, dividend will be distributed straight to ur long position on the ex-date ( c*c, ph**ps as far as i know); for short position, same amount equivalent to the dividend will be debited from ur acc.

钱几时才要过户给股票行呢？T+3？还是月底?

normally they will inform u of the margin call on the same day. u got to bank in to them latest by next day. some even on the same day.

对不起，我有点不明白，如果当天闭市价是低于你的成交价，是不是以下的钱都得过账给股票行：

1）成交价的margin钱
– 这个就很clear cut

2）股价跌价
– 是不是跌超过certain percentage,你就要加”钱” ,如是的话，钱是如何算呢
