How do I withdraw delisted securities?
To withdraw, you need to do the following:

• Complete and submit the Securities Withdrawal Request form (FWT010)
• Complete the Form of Transfer of Securities (Form 32A) with sufficient stamp duty affixed
• Submit the duly completed FWT010, Form 32A and the appropriate withdrawal fee to the ADA which maintains your CDS account holding for further processing.

我如何收回证券摘牌？
要退出，你需要做到以下几点：

• 填写并提交提款申请表格证券（FWT010）
• 完成足够的印花税，证券（表格32A条）转移申请表贴
• 递交填妥FWT010，表格32A及相应的提取费用的检察官而维持你的CD帐户持有作进一步处理。

How much does it cost to withdraw delisted securities?
Currently the withdrawal fee is RM15 per 1000 securities or part thereof. In addition, there is a stamp duty charge for executing Form 32A. The stamp duty will be charged according to the prescribed rate in the Stamp Act 1949.
