Fixed Asset Double Entry

P ( Proprietorship)  = 2009 年 3 月结束生意
SB ( Sdn. Bhd. ) = 还在做生意

P 的帐目会做到2009 年3 月.  P 有一辆车 ( MAX 1234 ), 资料如下 ( As At  31 / 12/ 2008 ) :
Cost = RM78,721
Accumulated Depreciation = RM43,396
Net Book Value ( NBV) = RM35,325

P 的这辆车, 在2009 年1 月转去SB 公司 . ( just transferred to SB , no money involve )

在 31/3/2009 , 请问要怎样做double entry ?

DEBIT    Accumulated Depreciation A/C  = RM43,396
CREDIT     Motor Vehicle - MAX1234   A/C  = RM43,396
( Being fixed asset transfer to SB  and accumulated depreciation thereof transfer to fixed asset account )

请问NBV 要怎样做double entry  ?  

CREDIT    Motor Vehicle - MAX1234   A/C  = RM35,325 , 要  DEBIT  什么 account 呢  ?
( Being  fixed asset transfer to SB  and NBV thereof transfer to  什么 account 呢 ?   )
