我想请问，哪条文在刑事法典说Oral sex 和sodomy是犯法的？

请解释：斯林除外，沙利亚已经ban 了同性恋， ...

penal code 377A, oral sex -- Carnal intercourse against the order of nature - Any person who has a sexual connection with another person by the introduction of the penis into the anus or mouth of the other person is said to commit carnal intercourse against the order of nature.”

penal code 377B -- Committing carnal intercourse against the order of nature - Whoever voluntarily commits carnal intercourse against the order of nature shall be punished with imprisonment for a term which may extend to twenty years, and shall also be liable to whipping.

对。同性恋没有犯法。而是插菊花和口交，就是犯法。因为马来西亚定为“非自然性行为”。

马来西亚的penal code 大部分是抄袭于《印度刑事法典》。
