号召AMBANK 信用卡现金没被回扣者

我发现有许多人申请但没被回扣, 但AMBANK 每月的 POOLS 是没分完的 (跟据以下 BANKING INFO 的回复), 我们是不是应该把所有没被分到的人都集合起来一起向国家银行投诉呢?
最近AMBANK在促销 打油,购物有 现金回扣5%,10%,我按照指示 sms 过去,结果结单寄来并没回扣,打电话去问,原来每月只有RM100K 回扣,每人只限 RM50, 没回扣因为已分完。很生气感觉被骗,到banking info 询问如何投诉,得到以下答复:

We wish to update that AmBank (M) Berhad (Ambank) has reviewed their Credit Card Cash Back programme and based on their input, Ambank has allocated a total monthly cash rebate payout of RM100,000 for the programme. Contrary to your claim, AmBank reported that the allocated amount of RM100,000 were not fully utilised in May and June as well as July thus far.
Should you still feel dissatisfied on the issue, we would suggest you to lodge an official complaint to Bank Negara Malaysia through it customer service centre, BNMTELELINK, providing necessary details and proof of such claim.

既然没分完,为什么我没被分到??
结果,早上银行打电话来通知将会于下个月回扣给我。
原来。。。。 有投诉才有的....
如果你也没有,请快快去投诉吧!!

public bank 的 8% rebate 也有pool limit 的。。 |

多谢告知,之前有打算申请参加回扣活动的,过后觉得开销没酱大就打消念头了... |

有朋友在AMBANk做,告诉我千万别申请AMBANK信用卡,service非常烂

它的customer service好象是外劳来的,之前call去问东西,好象印尼婆接电话,搞到我以为是打错电话。
上个月它扣RM40,这个月扣RM20吧了,都没列清楚扣哪一个的。 |
