Description	SIGNING OF COLLABORATIVE AGREEMENT FOR OIL & GAS SERVICES AND EQUIPMENT ("OGSE")
Pursuant to Chapter 10.05(2) of the Main Market Listing Requirements, the Board of Directors of Borneo Oil Berhad ("BORNOIL") wishes to announce that its deemed indirect subsidiary, Borneo Oil (Sabah) Sdn Bhd ("BOS"), has obtained the license from Petroliam Nasional Berhad ("Petronas") as a Sabahan Vendor. BOS has signed a collaborative agreement with Intercontinental Strait Energy Technology Co. Ltd. ("SETC").The collaboration aims to bid for projects to provide consultancy, supervision and provision of services for drilling, completion, work over, stimulation, geology related activities, drilling real-time monitoring/optimisation services and any other collaborative projects. SETC, is the largest drilling consultancy in China, specializes in drilling optimization, completion, fracturing supervision, reservior management, and geological consultancy. The partnership is a part of BOS expansion to provide comprehensive oil and gas services. Malaysia's oil production is expected to increase, with Sabah contributing significantly to the country's reserves. The collaboration aligns with Petronas's plans to boost oil production and Sabah State Government's effort to enhance local content in the oil and gas sector.
