The Board of Directors of TXCD (“Board”) wishes to announce that Ageson Kensetsu Sdn Bhd (“Ageson Kensetsu”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, had on 11 April 2025, received and accepted the letter of award (“LOA”) from Vestland Resources Sdn Bhd (“VRSB”), to carry out the sub-contract works which comprises of supply, delivery, construction, completion, testing and commissioning of superstructure works for tower block and infrastructure works for a project located at PT 44, Jalan SS16/1, Bandar Subang Jaya, Daerah Petaling, Selangor Darul Ehsan (“Sub-Contract Works”). Please refer to the attachment for further details. This announcement is dated 11 April 2025.
