i am um student...nw i nid 2 do a researh abot hw 2 save energy 4 a industry...according 2 the equation P=I2R, power dissipation, save current better than save resistance...bt nw i hv no ideal abot hw to reduce the current to help the industry save energy...
so, 4 those who r engineer o noe abot tis knowledge,pls gip me sum idea o suggestion ...thx a lots

大哥你要什么application???什么叫save resistance??power consumption 就在于如何降低current demand... hehe.... 最直接的做法就是降低power rail... V=IR ... smaller power rail, required current to drive equal load will be reduced...这点在我们平时transistor scaling里都很平常。。要不然就降低frequency... large frequency required large driving current... so reduce frequency..to save power.... else 用 multi-core processors...to improve performance/watt ratio... 重点还是要看你到底要用在什么application...有的用sub-threshold biasing to achieve low power circuitry...
