之前有扣5%，但现在都没再扣了...也不懂那来干嘛了！！！

i'm a RHB travel money cardholder.
prevoisly is good because got rebate.
now is bad because no more rebate and points is expire in 12 month.
how r v going to accumulate so quick?
and then if u do redemption u have to paid RM5 couier charges.
try public bank!!!!
