Spansion gets another delist notice

Spansion Inc. said Friday it received an additional delist warning from Nasdaq because it hasn't filed its annual report for 2008.

Sunnyvale-based Spansion (NASDAQ:SPSN), a pure-play provider of Flash memory products, said it has not yet completed its financial reporting process because of "the increased burdens placed upon the company's financial, accounting and administrative staff" in preparation for bankruptcy filings by the company and its domestic subsidiaries.

The company said it plans to file its annual report as soon as possible and has requested a hearing before the Nasdaq Listing Qualifications Panel to appeal the delisting determination.

六月走完最后一批员工就关厂了。

美国已开始了。。。
小弟认识的美国，很多已either RIF  或resign了。。。。

RIF=retrenhment in force

小弟的两位美国sifu ：
１。 第一位（sunnyvile）， 在Dec已跳去AMD了。
２。 第２位（Austin）， 第１round，中RIF。

连PROJECT LEAD 都中 RIF 。。。。

看来，这次PENANG 会中很够力， 很大可能小弟也无法survive。。。。


想拿VSS， 可能老板会不给， 因为新人还没有pickup。。。
左右为难。。。。

看来谣言说要搬去SUNTECH的可能性很高。。。。。

Department R。I。F（retrenchment in force） 了大约４０％员工， 元气大伤。。。（这是第２次了。。。）

小弟虽然没中， 但多么希望中。。。但又不能在FB写出来，太多老板+同事在那儿了。。。。。。

接下来的日子会很难过了， 要看美国的脸色，不要给他们有机会complain， 乱乱来的requests也要接。

小弟实在好累， 好料的senior都纷纷离开了。 如果小弟现在离开肯定会连累team。。。。
