我上回打去问也是碰到类似情况,而且接线生是跟你不客气的,哪有这样的服务?!所以你势必要比他们凶,这也是旅行社朋友教我的。
我已经收到第二次的邮件通知了,所以接下来会直接去古晋的机场问,再打去customer service也是多余的。请参阅:
