好像sub con--contractor(qs)---architect/qs/consultant---appoint assistant to site for site evaluation---architect issue interim certificate to employer n contractor---employer make payment to contractor---contractor pay to sub contractor

如果每次都那么长的process, sub con 可惨了，main con 通常不需要等sub con submit claim 才submit 上client 吧。sub con submit claim 的时间和main con submit claim 给client 的时间应该是不需要顺序的， main con 看到progress 了，要submit 就submit, 要不然

1. sub con 1/1/08 submit claim,

2. main con process one week ( 如果多project 的话不可能立刻process) , 改了， check 了，submit 给 client,

3. client 再process 多1-2 week , ( 有时候东西/figure 错了，item 错了， site agent verified 不到， site agent 忙/delay/等茶钱/appointment to site mearesument with qs。。。。。。）client process 好了再等main con 送去consultant 那里，（不一定是architect) ,

4. consultant 忙， delay 1-2 week, 再出cert ，
等client 搜到cert 都1-2天后，才process 去 account department, procedure 拉 一大堆的。

5. account 搜到后如果慢了，过了那个月的budget dateline, 要下个月才made payment, next month main con 拿到支票，才excercise payment 给 sub con 的话， 我看 sub con 跳楼了。。。。。。。。我看受到钱都1/4/08 了。

so the whole process shouldn't be like wat u mention b4, maincon should submit their claim base on their progress, shouldn't wait till recieved sub con only they excercise the claim to client, 但是我在developer, 我不肯定subcon 和 main con 的claim 是不是这样的。专家快快来解答。。。。。。

仙家来解答了。。

sub con QS 要如常准备progress claim 的claim form submit 给maincon，因为通常sub con 是直接对main contractor 的，所以claim钱也直接claim main con 的，都不用通过屋主的。但通常main con也是等屋主给了该工程的钱才会给subcon claim的。。architect 批不批准是也对main con的，如果architect 不批sub con的工，不出interim cert 给main con， main con拿不到钱，也不会给钱subcon 咯。。然后就会要subcon 改到对为止。。architect批了。。才有钱收。。
