RELATED PARTY TRANSACTIONS | Description | MEGA FIRST CORPORATION BERHAD (MFCB OR COMPANY)JOINT VENTURE WITH LAO GREEN POWER CORPORATION COMPANY LIMITED AND ENEMAX TRADING LIMITED | The Board of Directors of MFCB (“Board”) wishes to announce that the Company has on 15 September 2023 entered into a joint venture agreement (“JVA”) with Lao Green Power Corporation Company Limited (“LGPC”) and Enemax Trading Limited (“ETL”) to establish a joint venture arrangement in Mega Ventures Limited (“MVL”) which is currently a direct wholly-owned subsidiary of MFCB for the purposes of exploring new business investment opportunities in Lao People’s Democratic Republic (“Laos”) (“Joint Venture”).
