网友可以自行去查看。。。而且它是不断的更新。。。
但如果你看到一个很特别, 很棒的文章, 你可以特别highlight 在这里, 那我们会专注在那个文章。
或有什么特别的, 我们可以讨论, 发表自己的意见。。。如果只是看, 又看不懂, 那意义就不大了。。。
又或者有人看了, 把重点带出来, 要深入的人, 可以看原文。
能够把重点带出来的人, 那个知识,经验就是他的了。。。不会忘的。。。


还有另一个很棒的 “电子工程专辑” http://www.eetchina.com/, 中文, 也含了很多的资讯。。。和上面的IEEE一样, 它不是为初学者做的,所以, 初学者会可能看不懂, 而觉得烦闷。

那里也有论坛, 素质也很高, 初学者很多, 但专业高手也很多, 值得去看。
