网友可以自行去查看。。。而且它是不断的更新。。。
但如果你看到一个很特别， 很棒的文章， 你可以特别highlight 在这里， 那我们会专注在那个文章。
或有什么特别的， 我们可以讨论， 发表自己的意见。。。如果只是看， 又看不懂， 那意义就不大了。。。
又或者有人看了， 把重点带出来， 要深入的人， 可以看原文。
能够把重点带出来的人， 那个知识，经验就是他的了。。。不会忘的。。。


还有另一个很棒的 “电子工程专辑” http://www.eetchina.com/， 中文， 也含了很多的资讯。。。和上面的IEEE一样， 它不是为初学者做的，所以， 初学者会可能看不懂， 而觉得烦闷。

“电子工程专辑” http://www.eetchina.com/， 在很久以前， 是由这里的一个网友推荐的。
那里也有论坛， 素质也很高， 初学者很多， 但专业高手也很多， 值得去看。
