On behalf of the customers of my company iG-interactive Sdn Bhd, I would like to bring up the nation-wide Maxis Broadband issue with our service. We have received a lot of calls from our customers, who constantly encounter connection timeout to our server in Taiwan. The server gateway IP is 210.209.15.70. The traceroute data shows that the bottleneck is at NTT gateway 203.78.193.5. We have collected our customer feedback at http://zt.goplayplay.com/news.php?nid=85.
