亿利达印尼首个气井开钻

（吉隆坡23日讯）亿利达控股（GLOTEC，5220，主板工业产品股）宣布，在澳洲上市的子公司Nu Energy Gas私人有限公司，位于印尼Rengat生产共享合约（PSC）地区的首个气井RE-CBM-01CE，已正式开钻。

公司昨天指出，已在6月初开始调动水力钻井台，至RE-CBM-01CE气井运作。

一旦该气井的开钻工作完成后，水力钻井台将会移至第二个气井RE-CBM-02CE。

Nu Energy Gas总执行长王伊安（译音）表示：“作为在今年开始进行探钻活动的第一项气井，我们感到非常雀跃，因接获的初步数据显示，该气井非常接近其他油气田。”

该公司在Rengat生产共享合约，拥有100%的开采权益，且是该PSC的营运商。【南洋网财经】

亿利达终止JKY业务

（吉隆坡4日讯）亿利达控股（GLOTEC，5220，主板工业产品股）宣布，终止陷入亏损的间接子公司江门江裕亿达精工私人有限公司（JKY）业务，预计年底完成。

根据文告，亿利达控股子公司Jotech控股公司（JHSB）于上周五（31日）决定终止JKY的业务。

JKY主要从事制造电子产品领域的精密零件、模具及相关组装业务。

截至去年底，JKY净亏230万人民币（约143万令吉），资产总值达3230万人民币（约2002万令吉）。

截至去年6月杪，JKY仅为亿利达控股贡献3.7%的营业额。

亿利达控股预期终止该公司业务，将会面对350万令吉的净亏损。

不过，公司可从终止该业务袋入1060万令吉，将可用来偿还贷款。【南洋网财经】

截至11时25分，该股平盘于5.5仙，成交量达1288万8200股，是第二大热门股。

一名分析员向theedgemarkets.com说：“该股今早只是起一个价位，或0.5仙。”

“交投激增可能因为违规交易或是后续行动，因过去3个交易日成交量约170万至250万。”

亿利达是一家投资控股公司，经营两大业务，即综合制造服务以及资源与投资控股。

億利達專注油氣‧擬結束虧損業務

（吉隆坡15日訊）億利達（GLOTEC，5220，主板工業產品組）在多元化業務至油氣探勘、生產及服務領域後，將專注於此領域，以及將結束其它面對虧損的業務。

集團執行主席拿督斯里吳添泉在股東大會後表示，集團將專注油氣探勘、生產及服務領域，並樂觀看待此領域。

進軍印尼開採煤層氣他說，該集團進軍的是開採煤層氣，印尼對於煤層氣的需求很高，尤其是當地的工業及基建領域。

他表示，集團在印尼擁有6個共5千500平方公里的生產共享合約（PSC）氣井，其中一個已經進入測試階段。

吳添泉說，集團目前面對最大的挑戰，是從資源遷移至儲存。

他指出，一旦測試及資料收集完整，則可以向印尼政府提呈發展計劃，一切進展順利即可進行遷移。

吳添泉說，雖然市場不看好油氣領域，惟這卻是進軍該領域的好機會。

他說，油氣領域低迷，使到他們有機會以更低的價格收購相關業務，而且，印尼政府也鼓勵更多業者進軍此領域，甚至已放寬條例，讓業者可以提前尋找合適的買家。

另外，他也指出，集團並不會放棄目前的油棕業務，雖然沒有提供顯著的營業額，惟依然有貢獻。

他說，除非有適合的買家願意提出適合的價錢，否則將不會脫售該業務，不過，他也承認集團目前並沒有擴展計劃。

吳添泉表示，集團目前要做的事情即是增加產量，同時，停止所有虧損的業務。

吳添泉說，截至6月30日2015財政年，集團擁有淨現金1千176萬4千令吉及零負債率。（星洲日報／財經）
