Voltage regulation 的文题

Determine the minimum value and the maximum value that the series resistor may have in regulator circuit whose output voltage is to be 25V, whose input voltage varies from 35 to 40V, and whose maximum load current is 75mA. The zener diode used in this circuit has a maximum current rating of 250mA.
应该是简单问题一道吧,可是我不会做。希望各位老兄可以指点指点 , 谢啦! |

zener diode 多少 volt ?
如果是 25V , (35~40 - 25 ) / 0.075 = ohm
min 就是 133 , max 是 200ohm |

他要的output voltage是25V,所以zener diode,Vz是25V。。。我已经得到答案了。这是我朋友的答案,如果不对请纠正纠正。。。
series resistor,Rs
zener voltage或output voltage,Vz
input voltage,Vs
input current,Is
current across zener diode,Iz
load current.Il
当Rs是maximum,Is是minimum=Iz+Il
=0+75
=75mA
Ismin=V(across Rs)min/Rsmax
Rsmax=V(across Rs)min/Ismin
=(Vsmin-Vz)/Ismin
=(35-25)/75m
=133.33ohms
当Rs是minimum,Is是maximum=Iz+Il
=250+75
=325mA
Ismax=V(across Rs)max/Rsmin
Rsmin=V(across Rs)max/Ismax
=(40-25)/325m
=46.15ohms |
