joomla!!! mail function setting

请问要怎样setting mail function?　
我是用gmail smtp server
当我click send时，system failed to send．．．．

我在global configuration 的setting 是。。

Mailer: SMTP server
Mail from: kenney1127@gmail.com
From Name: kenney1127
Sendmail Path: /usr/sbin/sendmail
SMTP Auth: Yes
SMTP user: kenney1127@gmail.com  
SMTP Pass: ********
SMTP host: gmail-smtp-in.l.google.com

还有php.ini 的 setting　是。。
