We refer to your application for the above appointment and the recent interview. We are plased to offer you the appointment under the following terms and conditions :-
1. Designation And Responsibilities
You will be designated as XXX and report to XXX department. You'll be notified of your jobs responsibilities upon commencement of your employment.
2. Date of Commencement
XXXXXXX
3. Salary
You shall receive basic salary of RMXXX per month.
4. Probation Period
You shall serve a probation period of three (3) to six (6) months from the date of commencement, established by the Company with a view to evaluating of the employee's performance and work conduct consistent with his/her terms and conditions of employment.During this three (3) to six (6) months probation period, the company will conduct an appraisal of your performance and ascertain youe suitability for regular employment.Upon completion of probation period, the company will advise you in writing whether you have been confirmed for regular employment. Notice period of the termination of employment during the probation by either party shall be 14 days or pay-in-lieu of such notice.
5. Termination Service
The notice period of the termination of service by either party after confirmation shall be ONE (1) months' notice.The notice of termination should be applied except in the following circumstances:-
a . Dismissal without notice due to miscondust or conduct inconsistent with the fulfillment of the expressed or implied conditions of your services.
b. Either party may terminate such contract of services without notice in the event of any willful breach by the other party of a condition of the contract service.
6. Absent from Work
You shall be deemed to have broken the contractof service with the employer if she/he has been continuosly absent from work two or more consecutive days without prior leave approval or without reasonable excuse for such absence.
7. Transferability
You shall be transferred upon the requirement of the company to any other existing or new departments or branches or subsidiaries of the company or any other related companies.
8. Working Hours
Your shall follow the working hours set by the management from time to time .
Monday to Friday :9.00am-6.00pm
Saturday :9.00am-1.00pm
Lunch :12.00pm-1.00pm
9. Increment
Increment will be awarded at the absolute discretion of the Company and will made on the basis of performance.
10. Bonus
Subject to the Company's performance and the sole discretion of the Management,the Company may grant an annual bonus.
11. EPF and Socso Contributions
The Company shall make the necessary EPF and SOCSO contributions in accordance with EPF and SOCSO ordinances and any amendments thereto.
12. Annual Leave
You shall be entitled to an annual leave after the confirmation.
Less than 2 years- 8 days
2 to 5 years - 12 days
5 years or more - 16 days
All leave applications should be submitted for approval 3 days in advance. The company reserves the rights to accept or reject your leave application.
13. Public Holidays
You shall be entitled to the 14 days public holidays in each years.
14. Maternity Leave
Every female employee will be entitled to 60 consecutive days of maternity leave for each child up to maximum of 5 surviving children.
15. General Retirement Age
It is expressly that the retirement age for a female and male employee of the Company shall be fifty (50) and fifty-five (55) years of age respectively.
16. Medical Benefits
You will be entitled to free medical benefits for yourself only at the company panel clinics.
Less than 2 years - 14days
2 to 5 years - 18 days
5 years and above - 22 days
60 days each years if hospitalization is necessary.
17. Confidential Information
At any time during the continuance of or after termination of your employment, expect by the expressed approval of the company, divulge either directly or indirectly to any person or Company,knowledge or informationwhich you may acquire during the course or incidentalto your employment by the Company concerning the affairs or properties of the Company.
If the terms and conditions are acceptable to you, please sign the duplicate copy of the letter and return the same to us within 7 days.

Kim姐!比如好像我们接了订单,然后需要打一份confirmation of order.....,那个又要怎样打?!里面还要写terms of payment和“如有更换。。。。,价钱另议”!然后又要叫客户签名!就是避免客户反悔!需要怎样打?! |
