如果我写一个和人家类似的站，会不会给人告的？

应该不会，现有 ebay.com, lelong.com.my, alibaba.com...etc. 太多了。 |

这是专利的问题。
如果太像，还是有可能被告的。

照片一定被告。。。。function 不会拉
因为我也偷了 lelong 广告 ads 的 idea

functions，很难偷吧？大都用 server-side languages. 不能偷，对不对?
不过（抱歉，我的汉字输入很糟糕...）：
clone functions is allowed as long as non of the code is copied|stole from elsewhere in particular the owner never intended to released it for public use or you did not credit the creator within your site, correct me if I am wrong. |
