唉，很想做。。但qualification 不够，只有diploma。 加上我是 IT 的。。

应该是和应聘者的经验资历有关系的
但是这个职位要求很高，高薪水，也会有很大的压力

这是我的副业。我是一个美国猎头公司的会员，如果找到合适的人选，
推荐的人可以找到好工作，我可以挣些外快，不是很好？

在中国的不是太多，很多都是在美国，巴西，墨西哥，印度的职位。

这些工作多数都是要求很高，学历和工作背景上。
你对哪方面的工作有兴趣，可以直接发简历到上面列出的邮箱。

最近有个在中国的财务方面的机会，有兴趣的可以尝试：
We have an opportunity for a VP of Finance for a manufacturing company in China.

The company is based in the US (Cleveland, Ohio) but has wholly owned manufacturing in China and Taiwan.
As the President of the company moves forward with expanding the business, he needs to hire someone who can join the team at both a functional and strategic level. The facility in China employees over 300 people.

I thought you might have contacts with someone who speaks Mandarin and who may want to join a company that is well established and growing.
The person can live in the US or China, but with heavy travel expectations.

Knowledge of Manufacturing Processes and IT systems are important, with an expertise in Finance/ Operations.

Compensation is negotiable (Probably in the US$125-130 base area)

其实我以前也有在中国人才招聘网那边得到有关这些消息,也联系上了一些内地的猎头公司,但还是没办法在内地找到机会,看来我跟内地的缘分还没到
