一个普通的 Website Quotation 应该要写些什么？
价钱又如何开？
要 charge 什么 items？（例如 domain name, web hosting, webpage design...）

一个总价，列下你所涵盖的项目及服务。

基本算法,先算成本。
web domain =xx
web hosting=xxx
per page design=xxx
..
..
..
加起来。
然后有两个选择。
1。 加上个你要赚的数目。
2。 乘个百分比加上去(比方说15%)

如果那家公司有本身产品，应该要放些什么 Pages？

例如：
- Home Page - 1 页
- Products - 3 页
- Client - 1 页
- Promotion - 1 页
- Contact Us - 1 页

还有什么需要补充吗？

通常一页收多少钱（专业程度）？

除了 Webpages, 还要什么？ 例如
- Domain Name
- Web Hosting
...

现在网页的market price大概rm 150 - 200 一页,
有些甚至可以更高。

写quotation不是大概大概，随便写几个字而已。
这样quotation很重要的，所以要写的详细，以及保护双方的利益。


以下是我的quotation资料，或许可以作为参考。

Corporate Website Development
- 5-Max10 HTML page structure design and layout development.
- Web development with flash banner/flash intro
- Digital image scanning, Image Enhancement
- Design is inclusive of mouse over and layer effect
- Based on 800x600 pixels resolution
- Picture and contents to be provided by customer to place in the map
- HTML enabled website
- Related button & icon design


*Optional Additional related services (If required)
1) Per page consisting: RM100
     - Web template is remained with current design
     - Layout/structure design with graphic enhancement
     - Add-on pages to original menu categories
     - Same header and footer
     - Standard content page (A4 size)
     - No major changes to main web structure

Terms & Conditions:
1. All cheque should be crossed and made payable to xxxxx.
2. Validity: This quotation is valid for xx days.
3. Payment Term:
        i. xx% non re-fundable deposit upon confirmation of job
        ii. yy% upon completion of job
        iii. Development time: _ _ days upon receiving yy% deposit upon confirmation of job
        iv. The project will be cancel immediately within _ months after confirmation of job.
