Tricor Investor & Issuing House Services Sdn Bhd (“TIIH”) wishes to announce that the 26,751,000 new Shares made available for application by the Malaysian public has been oversubscribed.

A total of 7,947 applications for 681,510,100 new Shares with a value of RM245,343,636 were received from the Malaysian public, which represents an overall oversubscription rate of 24.48 times.

The notices of allotment will be posted to all successful applicants on or before 23 September 2022.

（吉隆坡27日讯）东海岸资源控股（PTRH，0260，创业板）表示，未来将增设3家新分店，若有机会也将把业务版图扩展到雪隆地区。

东海岸资源控股董事经理王展辉，今日在上市鸣锣仪式后的记者会上说，由于公司目前的业务主要集中在东海岸，因此，这3间分店将优先设在该地区，“倘若有机会，也会扩展至雪隆地区。”

目前，公司已开设了6家分店和1家批发中心，其中3家分店在登嘉楼，而另外3家在彭亨。

另外，执行董事莫哈末罗赞指出：“冷冻海鲜的需求正加速增长，公司在国内外会有很多新机会。因此，我们制定了几项计划来捕抓这乐观的前景。”

“我们将建造新冷藏仓库，以适应我们预期的销售增长。我们将会扩大出口，特别是亚太和中东地区。”

根据招股书，该公司在2022财年出口至中国的海鲜，占总营收44.2%，是占比最高。紧接着是我国业务，占总营收42.8%。

因此，针对中国近期的封城对公司是否有影响，王展辉指出，通关时间有所延长，但当地销量仍保持强劲。

“时间上的影响，但是销量是没有影响。因为这是通关问题，他们现在会比较严厉把关，所以时间会有所延长。”

“我们的产品都是由高科技来加工，在适当的温度下，海产品可保存18个月到两年都不是大问题。”

首日上市起3%

东海岸资源控股今日首次登场马股创业板，开盘价为每股37仙，对比首次公开募股（IPO）每股36仙发售价，溢价1仙或2.78%。

周二闭市，东海岸资源控股报37仙，比发售价高溢价1仙或2.78%，交易量高达1亿7909万6600股。

股息政策20%

王展辉承诺，公司会将每财年净利的20%用来派息，但仍需视公司的现金状况，未来扩张、资本支出和投资计划等因素。

截至2022年4月杪的财年，该公司的营收报3亿4914万4000令吉，对比去年的1亿8644万7000令吉，增长了87.3%。

2022财年净利则录得2111万1000令吉，按年上涨31.5%。

另外，上市所筹得的4860万令吉，当中1764万令吉用于扩建新冷藏仓库、2717万5000令吉用做营运资本，剩余379万令吉作为上市费用。

今日出席上市仪式的，还包括东海岸资源控股独立非执行董事拿督阿斯莫尼、黄振宏、陈风屏，财务主管王文勤，以及营运主任杨子峰。

首季赚752万

东海岸资源控股今日也公布了首份季度业绩报告，在2023年首季净赚752万1000令吉，较去年同期增长60.77%。

根据交易所公告，在截至7月杪的首季，录得1亿1527万7000令吉营业额，按年增长55.65%。

去年同期，该公司录得7406万3000令吉营业额，以及467万8000令吉净利。

该公司将业绩增长，归功于我国已经走出冠病疫情的摧残。
