Notice里面写了
In the event of any failure on your part to lodge your duly attested POD Form by the Relevant Date to our physical address set out in paragraph 2 above, AAX Group reserves the right to rely on its record to ascertain the amount of debt owed to you for the purpose of the Proposed Debt
Restructuring.

For the avoidance of doubt, soft copies submitted by electronic mail/through the link will not be relied on by AAX Group and you must return the hard copy by mail to us at our physical address as set out in paragraph 2 above by the Relevant Date.

In the event the claim made in your POD Form is inconsistent with AAX Group’s records and/or is not agreed to by AAX Group, the amount to be admitted as owing to you for the purpose of the Court convened meetings of creditors to be held will be determined by an independent adjudicator and/or the Chairman of the CCM (or his alternate).

也就是说，没交也没什么，交了也是以AAX system的为准
你们去看，也有仙家说credit account不算refund，也可以submit等等
你以为濒临破产的AAX会傻傻跟着起舞？
我更觉得这个proof of debt只是意思上的而已，走个程序，不是给我们这个小客户的
估计，AAX会说，我们收到了大概乘客1个billion的proof of debt，但我们的系统里面有3个billion。等等类似这样的东西

What this means: If you don’t send the hard copy of the form by 7th April 2020 to the address stated, the company will go by their records to check the amount they owe you. The company will not refer to any soft copies you sent them to check the amount.

AA 重组大概还要花一段时间吧

我觉得是你想太多....
里面已经写到很清楚，这是一个official notice for debt restructuring，不是给你们claim refund的。
他们要知道有多少creditor和数目，这数据是要上court用的，所以当你submit的时候也会要求你做宣誓，没记错做宣誓应该是RM 2左右吧了。
不可能你买RM300的机票，然后你随便写RM400，他们就拿你的RM400 record上court，这不可能。当你写错，对不上他们system，by default当然是跟回他们的system/ determined by an independent adjudicator+++...

我的重点是，交不交都无所谓，反正一切以AAX system为准，这个只是走个程序

对呀，这个东西本来就是为了债务重组计划才做的。
拿个债务上法庭做债务重组，至少也要有证人能证明这债务上有一笔是属于债权者，而不是空穴来风。
也有点类似自愿性帮忙作证这样，证明airasia真的有这笔债务，然后让他们做重组计划，所以你不submit不帮他，其实也没什么。
就像airbus这样，直接被踢出去债务群不算在airasia的债务里面(债务重组计划)，然后老板说这不是退单，只是延迟，所以不算creditor，没有债务责任。那么他的liability就可以削弱了一大笔。
而你们的机票问题多多少少是被unclaimed moneys act 影响，所以肯定会在债务重组计划里面，上court的东西都需要做宣誓，所以他只是出个notice希望你们配合。

你要从几个月前债务重组计划的新闻慢慢看起，你就会知道这是什么了，而不是你以为的refund程序。
当然，你也不知道以后refund的时候，他们会不会优先考虑refund给这些有submit的人，毕竟他们的债务已经做了宣誓。
