（吉隆坡4日讯）建筑商Tuju Setia有限公司计划上市马交所主板，计划发行8000万新股，发行价待定。
根据该公司提交证监会的草拟招股书，首次公开募股（IPO）料达1亿700万股，其中8000万新股中的1584万2000股，将供大马公众认购。
同时，会有633万6000新股让合格董事、员工与对公司有贡献者申购。
此外，2613万9000新股将私下配售给指定投资者，其余3168万3000新股，则私配给贸工部指定的土著投资者。
另外，大股东献售的2700万股，将配给指定投资者。
该公司业务是提供建筑服务，包括住宅与非住宅建筑。非住宅建筑包括综合使用商业建筑、办公楼、学校和医院，且专注于吉隆坡和雪兰莪市场。
根据招股书，此次上市所得将用作资本开销、营运资本，及支付上市费用；资本开销主要是用于采购建筑机械与设备和软件，及收购土地与建设仓储设施资金。
主席为雪苏丹胞弟
同时，该公司有意设立股息政策，即将盈利的25%用来派息。
招股书显示，Tuju Setia在2018和2019财年的营收，分别为3亿2779万4000令吉与4亿2163万5000令吉；而净利分别有889万5000令吉与1555万1000令吉。
此外，该公司的主席是雪州苏丹沙拉夫丁殿下的胞弟东姑阿莫沙。 |

（吉隆坡18日讯）建筑商忠诚集团（Tuju Setia Berhad）获证监会批准，展开首次公开募股活动（IPO），以在交易所主板挂牌上市。
忠诚集团今日发表文告指出，除非不可预见的事情，公司将于今年次季上市主板。
集团旗下的忠诚建筑有限公司（PTS）是在大马建筑业发展局（CIDB）下注册的G7级承包商；该公司同时也拥有建筑医院及医疗设施建筑准证及竞标政府项目准证。
其已完成的建筑项目，就包括了实达走廊（Setia Walk）、顶级手套企业办公大楼、圣约瑟夫国际学校等。 |
