（吉隆坡29日彭博电）大马美体小舖（The Body Shop）代理公司InNature有限公司放眼2月20日（周四）在大马股票交易所上市，其首次公开售股（IPO）的零售定价为每股68仙。

根据InNature在大马股票交易所网站发布的招股书，该公司计划向机构投资者和散户发行7410万股，以集资5040万令吉。

此外，该公司大股东BluPlanet也将献售1亿零320万股，预计可筹集7020万令吉。

该公司上市计划所筹得的资金，将充作资本开销、营运开销，以及新业务的开发资金。

该公司的新股将从即日起开放申请，并在2月6日（周四）截止。

吉隆坡10日讯）InNature公司首次公开售股（IPO）下供公众认购的新股获得超额认购13.43倍。

该公司文告显示，供大马公众认购的1413万1500股股票收到了6014封申请书，认购总额达2亿零395万7900股，相等于13.43倍超额认购率。

土著组有3429封申请书，认购总数9288万5500股，超额认购12.15倍，而非土著组则收到1亿1107万2400股股票认购申请，超额认购率为14.72倍。

而给予公司合格董事或雇员的股票也获全额认购。

InNature公司将发售价从原本的68仙调低至64仙，发售7407万4000新股，预计可筹集4740万7360万令吉。
