Pos system 数码税

明年开始征收数码税了。小女打算明年3-4月开零售店会用到POS SYSTEM。但是全部卖software的只做promotion50%或30% lifetime 到31号12月。我的店全部还没set up,又不想先sign up..这些pos system 会不会时常做promotion?

哦？是吗？我以为全部都要给数码税。谢谢告知 。因为每个都讲明年起价,我以为是数码税原因。我就不想被骗那么早买pos system.

The government first announced that a 6% digital tax will be imposed on foreign service providers effective Jan 1,2020, at last year's Budget tabling. Registration for foreign service providers is mandatory when the total value of digital services provided to consumers in Malaysia exceeds RM500,000 per year.

6%只是foreign service providers，只是外国的服务供应商。
