示范单位就有了. 价钱比起Atlantis, The Apple, The Swan, The Dawn, Amber Cove等算是蛮便宜了。

重点是 residential tittle 门牌税和住家一样一年 几百块而已。
如果 Atlantis parkland the dawn 那些是一年 门牌税 3千多 。。水电费比 residence 贵2陪以上 |

这是坑爹的价钱。在那区买的最后都是租出去当ABNB

Because i heard from the salesman that they got the land cheap, 15 years ago, they bought the land. Somemore, this is their first maiden highrise project. The developer is somehow related to A Famosa, or Leong Hup. So, financially I believe they are ok. They are also of Housing Development Act("HDA"). So, buyers should be protected through HDA. Otherwise, Maybank won't be their bridging loan banker, and 7 other banks won't be their End Financing bankers. Anyway, I heard 90% of the Tower A sold out. Now selling Tower B.

Meaning it is a good buy? However I found very less information about this condo online. Unlike novo8, bali residence etc. Also the salesman mentioned about the austrailian renown architect layton group thats involved in this project. But I cant find any of the architect details online. @@ |

我也剛剛看到,我已經訂了bali residences,好后悔。Bali residences的entitled commercial,門牌稅和水電費都超貴。而且每一層樓+3000塊,admiral的才2k。但是大家有idea為什麼價錢這麼便宜嗎? |

Admiral 的可以。admiral 广告打得不响。网络都不多资料 |

一天还没签 snp 你有权利不要的啦。 admiral residence 是 residence tittle .
