Hi Hann Ng, good morning. Yes, please be informed that to update your contact number for TAC, you may update your number through the branch counter or Maybank ATM only. This can only be updated if you have perform the registration at branch counters for the first time. Kindly refer to below for an update of your contact number for TAC through ATM:
Insert your ATM card & PIN > Choose M2U/KPB/ATM SMS Alert > Update TAC mobile number > Insert your mobile number
Once you are able to login the internet banking access for Maybank2u, we may suggest you to update your telephone number as below steps:
Login > Utilities > Personal Details > Update Contact Info > Select for Update Contact Number and Email (TAC required to perform the transaction) and follow the instruction given.
