Freelance/Contract for a Web and Mobile Application

We are now looking for several Freelancers or Contractors who are able to develop a project like www.silvercar.com in web application, IOS and Android Apps.
Requirements:

1. Mobile Apps and Web are taking Silvercar's UI, Design , Specs and Flow as references.
2. Website need CMS System which can control cars, drivers or customer and system is suggested to build in PHP Laravel.
3. Website backend is able to have API support which Mobile apps are able to do api call.
4. The person needs to be responsible and has proof to show related experiences to complete a similar project.  

If anyone is interested in this project, or you are able to handle a specific task such as Backend System.
