whatapps 不会自动收到信息， 也想保留 chat history

我的 whatapps 不会自己自动收到信息，而是我必须自己进入 whatapps, 才会收到，所以往往我会迟收到信息。
我不想去 delete 再 install, 因为这样会把 chat history 给删除掉。。

我该怎么办？

you can backup your whatapp easily by:
1)go to top right "..."
2)look for "setting"
3)choose "chats"
4)choose "chat backup"

The whatapp is normally backup at the SD 0 internal/whatapp folder. The update backup data is at internal memory/whatapp/databases. See if the backup date and time is the latest.

Then you can unistall the whatapp and reinstall back. The apk will ask you if you want to restore back your previous conversation.
