Kel Lee If Taka shifts out, there will be a permanent dead space in Ngee Ann City. It's not like last time, where another departmental store can just take its place.

Anyway, when people think of that big red building along Orchard Rd, they refer to it as "Taka". Hardly anyone ever calls it Ngee Ann City.

TAKA 大可搬到别的地方去， 反正義安都很旧了， 急需装修。

搬家也要裝修費和不能營業期間的損失...

還有舊客戶熟悉新地點的損失...
還有"過路客"減少的損失

结果我们买的商品越来越贵，大部分的margin都是来给rental的。

所以结论是，去逛逛看看商品就好了。要买忍着，回家淘宝阿玛逊。
