Spate of Orchard Road disasters are omens by Lee Kuan Yew warning something major is about to happen

Singaporeans from all walks of life, who know an omen when they see one as they are very in tuned with the other side, are convinced the recent spate of calamities at Orchard Road had been ordained by Lee Kuan Yew to serve as warnings that something major might be happening to Singapore soon.
This after part of the roof over the driveway of Hilton Singapore hotel collapsed on Sunday, Dec. 13, which was the latest disaster to hit Orchard Road.
On Thursday, Dec. 10, decorations tied to a street lamp outside Peranakan Place spontaneously caught fire at about 9.10pm. A week earlier, on Dec. 2, a Christmas tree outside the Abercrombie & Fitch outlet at Knightsbridge mall had caught fire.
On Friday, Dec. 11, a tree came crashing down on the road in front of Orchard Central mall after being battered by heavy rain, as parts of Orchard Road became flooded.
On Saturday, Dec. 12, a power outage hit Orchard Central at 2pm, forcing some shops to close early for the day.
One Singaporean, Jian Gui, said these signs are definitely by Lee Kuan Yew as a way to tell Singaporeans he still has their interests at heart: “Lee Kuan Yew’s house is just at Oxley Road. The nearest place he can send out mass warnings is definitely Orchard Road.”
“He wants to tell Singaporeans to ready themselves.”
Other Singaporeans said these warnings could be in response to unresolved issues in Singapore that Lee Kuan Yew would like to attend to and he is trying to force the hand of the authorities.
One other local, Shao Tiao Ta, said: “These warnings will carry on unabated until Lee Kuan Yew’s 38 Oxley Road house is demolished just as he had wished.”
“If his will is to be defied anymore, be prepared for the whole of Orchard Road to be razed to the ground.”
