Segi university college Engineering Course

Anyone studying this course ? I would like to get the information about their 3+0 programme Electronic or Mechanical Engineering. Is the hostel good ?  Also, any recommendation for engineering study ? Which university in Malaysia is the best quality for engineering?

只有读了4年Degree或者3年Degree+1年Master，才可以注册成为Graduate Engineer
