这个律师费合理吗?

买了440K的二手房产,和银行使用同一个律师,请问这个收费是合理的么?因为之前爸爸的房子已经转名给我和我哥哥,所以这个房产的Stamp Duty没有得Discount 50%..

根据小弟之前做的功课,不一定对,不过可以参考。
Legal Fee (SPA/ Loan Agreement) (Buyer pay)
< RM 45 K = nett 250
1st RM 150k x 1% = 1500
next RM 850k X 0.7% = 5950
next RM 2m x 0.6% = 12,000
next RM 2m x 0.5% = 12,000
thereafter = ….
Loan Agreement Stamp Duty
Total loan x 0.5% = ...
Stamp Duty (DOA/MOT) (Buyer Pay)
1st RM 100k x 1% = 1000
next RM 400k x 2% |

Legal fee
RM460,000
=150,000 x 1.0% = RM1500
=RM310,000 x 0.7% = RM2170
Total legal fee = RM3670
Stamp Duty
RM100,000 x 1% = RM1000
RM360,000 x 2% = RM7200
Stamp Duty = RM8200
