蘋果14天退貨到底有沒有 charge 你15％的？

我看到 hardwarezone 有幾個人的經驗說沒有被 charge
可是蘋果的 tnc 寫沒開封的會被 charge15％。。 到底有還是沒有？
那個 restocking 其實什麼什麼意思？有點不明白。。。

Apple Online Store 买的iPhone或者 iPad，收到货后退回都应该需要付15%的restocking fee。

除非是快递比原定时间迟了或者特别waiver，随着很多退货应该不容易waived的。

我就是有看這個，我辦了退貨，apple 的回覆也表示會原銀奉還我這個東西的價錢可是沒有提到任何這個什麼 restocking 的15％，是不是表示不會有 charge？只是怕他們是收到退回去的電話之後才會 charge？
