工作說明（Job Description）：

Duties & Responsibilities

• Respond to incoming software problems and requests for     assistance or redirect to appropriate resources.
  
• Work as part of a team to solve     critical problems quickly and effectively.
  
• Log all defects/support queries in bug tracking system     and ensure proper closure of them.
  
• Assist the development team for debugging and     troubleshooting software defects.
  
• Provide feedback to enhance existing systems by     analysing business objective and identifying areas for modification and     improvement.
  
• Provide product and technical guidelines for clients.
  
• Educate clients how to use new     features or add-on products.
  
• Undertake other ad hoc duties assign     from time to time.
  

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate,     Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Engineering     (Computer/Telecommunication), Computer Science/Information     Technology,  or equivalent.
  
• Required language(s): Chinese, English or Bahasa     Malaysia.
  
• Possess at least 1 or 2 year(s) experience in PHP,     MYSQL, HTML/CSS, JavaScript, JQuery and AJAX.
  
• Experience with Linux/UNIX, Apache, NGINX and SOAP is a     plus.
  
• Strong drive to find, analyse and solve complex     software problems
  
• Positive, can-do attitude as well as the ability to learn     quickly, and work both in a team and independently
