email问题 跪求帮忙

本人有两个hotmail 是很久以前开的
一直都有在用只是很少开
就在这几天我要用的时候他说什么药security code什么的
可是那个code是send去以前的email还有以前的电话号码
我要改号码都没办法
跪求有什么办法active我的email
