各位大大, 小弟想请问16x55排屋要用几桶漆,而且3k包工包料会贵吗?

其实我是怕被骗,我想知道他们一般估价是在怎么算,他们是以1方尺算还是怎么算?万分感激

usually Penang market is :-
Sub-Con Rate is :- Internal Painting (2 Coats) = RM 2.80/SM and External Painting (2 Coats) = RM 5.50/SM
Main-Con Contract Rate is :- Internal Painting (2 Coats) = RM 5.80/SM and External Painting (2 Coats) = RM 9.70/SM
and usually paint is 1 litre = approximately 100sf (depend your worker skill and u can mix with water and up to 120sf possible)
