请问Utar 及ucsi 的文凭受外国承认吗？这两所大学哪一所的理科学术表现比较好？

只要是MQA/JPA/BEM承認就等於有邦交關係的外國也接受。
應該會是UTAR比較好點……。

为什么utar好一点?
要怎样 check 这些机构承不承认?

我只是純粹根據2013年QS亞洲大學排名榜的分析說而已。
UTAR怎麼說都擠進尾端班（251-300）裡，而UCSI就不見踪影？！
如選擇去私立大學又要較好的工程系，不妨也考慮MMU/UTP/UNITEN。

可是我还有问题。。
在mqa的webpage那边，为什么有些学校的programme code 有mqa/swa，有些又没有？

MQA’s accreditation is perpetual and the date of its commencement starts from the date of which a qualification is being accredited. An accredited qualification is subject to a periodical maintenance audit. If the accreditation of a qualification is revoked, the cessation date will be displayed in the Malaysian Qualifications Register. Accredited qualifications under the National Accreditation Board of Malaysia (Lembaga Akreditasi Negara, LAN) will have validity period of 5 years. This information is displayed in the portal as a reference to graduates of within the validity period.

Melalui penganugerahan status swa akreditasi, UM kini mempunyai mandat untuk mengakreditasi sendiri semua program akademik yang ditawarkan tanpa melalui proses yang ditetapkan oleh Agensi Kelayakan Malaysia (MQA). Berdasarkan kepada Kerangka Kelayakan Malaysia oleh MQA, Diploma Eksekutif yang telah diluluskan melalui proses swa akreditasi ini diletakkan di Tahap 4 iaitu setaraf dengan diploma.
