我今年三十岁。在一傢store fixture 厂丛draught person 做起倒material planner,r&D,quotation for tender 都包了。
salary 才4k.今年我想apply for increment to 6500.过份吗？
这个公司在我de team的努力下，毎年都get profit around 500k to 800k.
去年break record 2m profit.
我公司才0.5 ekar.6ppl stalff.30worker.
