我收到很多人都有放这个东东，请问是什么作用呢？ 法律上有成效的吗？

谁讲大马不能？

In the Malaysian case of BT Engineering Sdn Bhd v Team United Resources Sdn Bhd and Anor (May 2012), the High Court addressed issues of patent infringement, copyright infringement and breach of confidentiality.....

Finally, in deciding whether the second defendant had committed the tort of breach of confidence, the court relied on the established principles with respect to the law of confidence in the context of the relationship between an employer and an ex-employee, and held that the second defendant had indeed misused the plaintiff’s confidential information

The court therefore ruled in favour of the plaintiff on all claims, with costs.

别忘了，大马法律，除非有AKTA指明抛弃，都可以用英国的法律和前科来打的。

不过，值得一提的是，一些国家的确不给它有legal effect，看情况的。譬如，如果你是外人就可能对你没有effect，因为你没欠任何人什么duty，但如果你是employee的话，被告了胜算不高

所以。。。我才说在大马是无效的。。

一个比较简单的例子就好。。。

我收到机密性的 email..

我不是用 Forward 哦。。是 copy 了然后 ouput 去 text file...是 copy and out put 不是 copy and paste 哦。。
然后再 加密了之后放去 USB。。。然后再清理电脑记录。。带出门让第三者公开的话。。论你是 zerocool 二代也抓不到是谁泄密的咯。。
